this product is a lifesaver for the nightmare of scabies infestation. good to help with skin itching-especially at night. good for laundry and to spray furniture and car interior. still need to get permethrin cream, now available online as the first line of treatment though.

I've been suffering from permethrin resistant scabies for years. I've tried everything with no relief. This is the only product that has helped me keep my sanity. The only negative is that it only kills the scabies mites not the eggs.

I now use this this comb on my family daily. I greet my 8 yr. old at the door with a kiss after school & haul her into the bathroom for a nit-pick (pardon my pun!) Using this comb is the ONLY way to keep us lice free since lice have become used to the chemicals & natural remedies we've used here in the US. The ONLY way to keep your children louse-free is to literally pick thru their hair daily/weekly to avoid infestation. I myself like to use it during my bath when my hair is loaded with conditioner. This comb works on wet or dry hair too...grabs the live buggers & pulls them right out! As for nits...well, those are stuck on hair pretty well & i usually have to use my fingernails on those. OVERALL...we are in LOVE with this comb & have recommended it to everyone we know with school-age children! Thanks for such a great product!

We use it at our office where we have high traffice of the homeless population and people with bedbug issues. Since we've started using it - we've had one instance with bedbugs - but I can't be certain that this product was used consistently. Considering we've been using it for a year - I'd say its pretty effective.

I tried to rid our family of lice over and over again and they kept coming back. I finally bought the Lice meister comb and was rid of them after one shampoo and comb out!!!! My daughter and I have really fine hair so the regular lice combs would not grab the nits off of our hair but this comb got them all out the very first time----I would have paid double what I did if I'd known it was going to work so wonderfully!!!!

I have had an unidentified pest in my house that I could not get rid of. I tried every pesticide but, nothing worked. By using Kleen- Free I am actually sleeping at night. Do not give up presistence is the key. I use this product on everything from wood floors to laundry. I recommended this product to a friend also and they love it.

The spray definitely kills on contact, as tested on a live bedbug caught as a result daily spraying. It’s also the only spray that I ever considered using as an insecticide at home due to toxicity of pyrethrin-based sprays or potential lung problems using diatomaceous earth. Must be made a part of an overall strategy such as protecting (the legs of) your bed with Vaseline or other bug repelling substances due to limited residual effect. Best sprayed at night...

I was very upset when I figured out I had bed bugs. I did a lot of research online to find out why they appear (mainly through travel) and how to get rid of them. I got the bugs when my sister got back from her trip to Vegas. After reading many things online about bed bugs, I right away started to vacuum and steam my mattress. Even spraying the bed with rubbing alcohol. It seem to control the amount of bugs, but not get rid of them. I finally came across this site. Was happy to find I can use it on my mattress and pillows, and that it was ok to use around pets. Since my discovery was found in the early stages, I used the spray, and with in ONE week my bugs were gone. I used the one bottle the first week, and the 2nd bottle I've been using periodically to fight any future outbreaks of bud bugs. I am very grateful to this company and their product. We wanted a product safe for use arounde animals & asthmatics. Your product appears to have done the trick. We have used as directed for the 2 weeks and periodically afterward and have had no more bites. We have seen no evidence of them either since doing the major "cleanup" and beginning spraying. We have been sleeping much easier (although I don't know if I'll ever truly relax again). We will continue our periodic spraying of our bedroom and the rest of the apartment as well. Thank you!

I bought a bottle before I knew as much as I do now. If you see a bed bug why not just kill it? Why use an expensive spray?? What I really need is an environmentally friendly way to kill the bugs when they come out at night... the ones that hide from me when I am standing there with a spray bottle in my hand.
Save your money. Get a tissue and kill them with your bare hands. Go ahead. You will feel better for it!

This has been the best bedbug killer I've ever used. I've been dealing with the bugs for about 3 years now and this has done the best job yet. Not only is it not harmful to people or animals, but it is easy to use and does what it is supposed to.
I have quite a few, and had inadvertently spread it to a friend's house, so I'll be getting some more ASAP. Get the gallon, you'll never know how much you'll need.
Only problem I had was the spray bottle did not come with a sprayer included. Not sure if that was how was supposed to be or not, so had to get a separate sprayer on my own. That was the only downside I had.

I would have given this an excellent, except for it came with no instructions. We got this to treat a horrible flea infestation, it no where did it tell you HOW to use this product to treat fleas, in what quantities, or how often. Very frustrating. However, I think we figured it out, it seems to have worked wonderfully, and to boot, we find it is a superb, superb cleaner.

So far so good with this product. The teeth of the comb are very close together and are textured as well. This makes it easier for the comb to catch these disgusting little critters! I would recommend these to a friend.

I found this product when I was looking for a gentle and effective flea treatment for my senior cat. I did not want to use chemicals on her due to age and health. Kleen Free did the trick. I use this on all the cats now.
I wash all their bedding with Kleen Free and keep a spray bottle of 8:1 dilution handy for spritzing sleeping areas. We have not had a flea problem since.
Kleen Free has so many uses! When I figured the cost of all the cleaning supplies I buy and compared it to Kleen Free in its multiple uses and dilutions, Kleen Free won hands down! I was quite surprised at how much I spent on different cleaning agents and how much I saved by using only Kleen Free.
I don't have to be concerned if I spill or splash it on me. Read the dire warning labels on most cleaning products and then compare to Kleen Free. I don't even need gloves to protect my hands while cleaning anymore. I also gained a lot of space from clearing out all the bottles of cleansers I used. It is safe for the animals, kids and us. Kinder to the environment, too. It is a win-win situation all around.
I use it in the laundry for tough stains. My husband works outside and gets really dirty. Kleen Free gets his work clothes cleaner than using bleach for colors.
I use it in my carpet steamer and spritz the mattresses and pillows when I change the bedding. What a difference it has made. If you have allergies, you definitely should give this try.
This summer I plan to try it out in the garden for pests on the roses and vegetables.

I am very sensitive to anything that bites. I live on the ground floor and get spiders, fleas, mites, mosquitos, ants, etc. This spray, the minute I sprayed it on my carpet, killed any and all biting insects. It is safe for my two cats, and does not cause me to sneeze or overwhelm me with a smell. I did not get any stains on my carpet or furniture. It also did not leave any residue on clothes. This is my second purchase of it, and I always will keep it around now that I know about it. Thank you so much!!

This product is amazing. I watched it work immediately as I sprayed and it killed the bugs on contact. Thank you for manufacturing an exceptional product that instantly lets you fight back. (I would recommend staying in another room until you are done spraying -using for the recommended treatment time on the package - and the bugs are completely killed off. The plastic combs that come with kits are useless; other combs scratch, rip hair out, and wreck the hair shaft. My girls and I all have below-the-shoulder length THICK hair and this comb is the only thing we could use--first simply because it gets THROUGH our hair and because it doesn't make the kids shriek from the scratching & pulling of other combs. The girls are now totally clear of their "hitchhikers" and they still ASK me to comb their hair occasionally with this comb because they feel confident that it will pick up anything that might be there. We'll be using it in tick season too to help check their hair when they've been playing outside. This comb was definitely worth the price!

I've tried many combs for head lice, but this one is the one that really works. It doesn't get stuck in the hair, hurting my kids, even thought we have very curly hair and lots of it! Even tiny nits get cought. Amazing product. Excellent materials and the design is fantastic.It is exactaly what I needed for the three little curly heads in my family.

We went on a trip last summer and brought this product along. I am quite sure that almost all hotels are ok as far as bed bugs go, but we felt very secure having this product and using it every time we went to a different hotel. Bed bugs would not be something I would ever want to come home with. This is a very small price to pay for peace of mind.

You may think it won't work just because it's odour free and gentle to the skin. But it kills on contact, I tried and it worked.

I live in Manhattan and I appreciated the way the product was shipped in an un-marked box. I treated behind the curtains, pictures and other hidding places that were recommended to me. i like the eco friendly becasue i had cats. it didnt help with the bedbugs as much as i wanted. they returned too quickly and i ran out of spray to quickly. i ended up with a vinyl cover and taping the zipper. this made them starve to death.

I live in an apartment building in New York City, what one apartment gets eventually everyone gets. Roaches I'll learned to live with but when I got bedbugs I was devastated.
I've got cats and a chihuahua, I have to be extremely careful with what I use around my apartment. I sprayed Kleen-Free everyday for the first few weeks eliminating the bed bugs and reducing the roach population to practically zero.

I bought two gallons of your product and followed instructions. Fabrics and clothing felt very clean and smelled great but bed bugs were not affected. Please test your product for bed bugs again. It did not work for me.

I have tried several other products & Kleen-free is the best in my opinion. I believe it does what Genesis says it will do. It is gentle on my skin and gives me peace of mind. I am currently on my 7th gallon since September 2006. I am confident that with Kleen free I will eventually be free of mites.

I have made a few purchases from this company and infestation seems to be slowing down. You just got to make sure you stay on top of it. We have a really big old house, so i know that the bed bug problem is not going to end over night. there is about 15 people that live in the house. From the first time I bathed in Kleen Free, I could SEE results. Areas that were crusty and built up with mites were soft enough to wash away (no picking or pulling at my skin). Kleen Free can also be used as a diluted spray when a bath is not an option. I add Kleen Free to every load of laundry to ensure I don't become reinfected. I spray my carpet and fabric furniture with it too! I even spritz my dog with it to keep her bug free. I add a small amount of peppermint oil to the Kleen Free, so it is also refreshing to smell. This is the only product that has multiple uses, and it works! P.S. Since I've been using Kleen Free to disinfect my home from the scabies, no OTHER bugs survive at my house either!

I did not have much success with this product. I followed all the instructions to the letter and still have a problem. I will continue until I find a product that works.
